The HL Stock Series axle is an OEM replacement axle. It comes pre-assembled and ready for installation and is a great cost-effective alternative with quality components.

This stock series axle is a great replacement for riders who use their ATV/UTV for work and play. This cost-conscious axle gives you an option from buying an OEM axle that may be out of your budget. The Stock Series is not recommended for those who ride extreme and tend to push their units to the limit.

Returns Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you need to make a return, we've got you covered.

Return Requirements

• Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
• Time Frame: Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Authorization Needed: A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is required. Contact our customer service to obtain one.

Restocking Fee

• Possible Fee: Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
• RMA Validity: Approved RMAs are valid for 60 days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items aren't eligible for return:

• Damaged or Defaced Products: Due to installation.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

High Lifter offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser that their products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product, when used according to the manufacturer's instructions for installation and operation.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear Items: Such as heim joints, tie rods, bearings, bushings, seals, gaskets, zinc plating, painted and powder-coated finishes.
• Damage From: Improper installation, lack of maintenance, product modification, abuse, collision, or use on vehicles for which the product was not designed.
• Unauthorized Repairs: Performed by anyone other than approved High Lifter personnel.
• Non-High Lifter Components: Use of components not made or supplied by High Lifter.

Warranty Claims

Here's how to initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact High Lifter: Email warrantycare@highlifter.com with the following information:
   • Your Details: Full name, address, and contact phone number.
   • Vehicle Information: Year, make, and model.
   • Product Part Number
   • Photos: Of the installed product and vehicle.
