Order Processing and Shipping

At WildRush UTV, we prioritize efficient order processing, ensuring your satisfaction with our service. All orders are meticulously processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the moment you receive your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification once your order is shipped, complete with a tracking number for real-time status updates. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

In cases of unexpected delays caused by a surge in orders or unforeseen postal service issues beyond our control, we'll promptly reach out to you. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we'll confirm whether you'd like to proceed with your order.

Shipping Details

We're pleased to offer free shipping within the United States (excluding certain locations namely: Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Unfortunately, we currently do not provide international shipping, with a few exceptions for specific products available in Canada.

To ensure smooth deliveries, especially considering the size and value of our products, we kindly request a Shipping Address Phone Number during the checkout process.

Launch Monitors

For swift delivery, SkyTrak and Full Swing Launch Monitors are shipped the next business day directly from WildRush UTV to avoid any delays.

Custom Enclosures

Our fulfillment time for custom enclosures is typically 2-3 weeks. Please note that custom enclosures are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has entered the processing stage.

In-Store Pickup and P.O. Boxes

Regrettably, we do not offer in-store pickup, and we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We understand circumstances may change. You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Additionally, you can cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge (exceptions apply, such as custom orders). For custom-made or made-to-order products, all sales are final, and cancellations are not possible once production begins.

Handling Damaged Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please promptly contact us at help@WildRushUTV.com, providing your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
