We work with our suppliers to ensure that they set minimum advertised pricing guidelines for all of our competitors. This means that everyone else selling the same product online is supposed to be selling it at exactly the same price. You can rest assured that you are receiving the very lowest possible price when you shop with us as we painstakingly endeavor to ensure that our prices on offer are the absolute best online!
Pre-Purchase Guarantee
Prior to order placement, If you are able to find an online retailer that offers a better price than us, we will match the competitor's price and supplement you with an additional $10 coupon for orders over $300 and a $5 coupon for orders under $300 [To be used on your next order with us].
Post-Purchase Guarantee
If you are able to find an online retailer that offers a better price than us (which we highly doubt will be the case) within 30 days of your purchase, please ensure you reach out to us we will be more than happy to provide a partial refund for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item that you have ordered within 30 days of your purchase date, we’ll refund the difference as well. We reserve the right to refuse a price match in any situation where we incur a loss.
Our 100% Price Guarantee Limitations
- Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
- The item must be in stock on the competitor's website
- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location

In order to process your request for a partial refund, simply e-mail us a link to the same product on a competitors website within 30 days from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Fast and Free Shipping
We understand the excitement of getting new gear quickly. Here's how we make it happen:
- Quick Processing: Most in-stock items ship within 3 business days of ordering.
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders received by NOON Central Time may ship the same day if the items are in stock.
- Mounted Wheels and Tires: May take a bit longer due to the assembly process.
- Free Shipping: We offer fast and free shipping on many products to the lower 48 states. Just provide a physical street address (no PO Boxes), and we'll get your order moving.

- Expedited Shipping: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday–Friday.

Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. But if something isn't quite right, our return policy has you covered.
General Return Guidelines
- Return Window: You have 90 days from your date of purchase to initiate a return.
- Return Number Required: Before returning, obtain a Return Number (RMA) by contacting our customer service.
- Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Made-to-Order Products: Such as A-arms with pressed-in ball joints and mounted wheels/tires may be returned, but are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.
- Special Order Products: Items like hand-held ECU tuners cannot be returned.
- Polycarbonate Roofs and Windshields: If the protective film is removed from either side, the item is not eligible for return.
- Modified Items: Products missing components, not in original packaging, or have been modified may incur a minimum 30% restocking fee if the return is approved.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically issued within three (3) business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used. If that's no longer available, a check will be mailed to the original purchaser.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an exception is approved by our Customer Service team.
Restocking Fee Guidelines
- Made-to-Order Parts: 30% restocking fee if in new, resellable condition.
- Refused Packages: 20% restocking fee plus $20 per package to cover shipping charges.
- Wrong Item Ordered or Change of Mind: 25% restocking fee may apply and could be higher if the item isn't resellable.
- Return Shipping Costs: Responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions
- Our Error: If we made a mistake or shipped the wrong item, that's on us—no additional fees apply.

Warranty Statement
SuperATV's Promise to You
SuperATV warrants to the original purchaser that each product is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the period stated in the table above.
What This Means:
- Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship.
- Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized accessories, alterations, improper installation (including the use of improper tools), exposure to harsh conditions, chemicals, lack of proper maintenance, and unauthorized repairs.
Important Note: This warranty becomes null and void if:
- The product is opened or any sticker is tampered with, broken, or missing.
- Damage is caused by conditions beyond SuperATV's control.
Limitation of Liability:
IN ALL CASES, SUPERATV LLC AND/OR VERBOTEN LIMITED COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE EXCLUDED.
️Specific Warranty Details
Ball Joints
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, alteration, neglect, misuse, abuse, improper use, lack of reasonable or proper maintenance, improper assembly, racing, or commercial use.
- Wear Items Not Covered: Gaskets, seals, boots, bearings, bushings, and rotors.
- Limitation: SuperATV is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage resulting from breach of this warranty.
Differentials
- Maintenance Matters: Use only approved gear lube when filling the gear case. Failing to properly fill and maintain lube will void this warranty.
- Coverage: SuperATV offers an 18-month limited warranty to the original purchaser on differentials and their parts (excluding bearings, seals, and gaskets).
- Void Conditions: Misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, negligence, or alteration from the original design.
- Replacement Fees: If the product is outside of warranty coverage or voided, repairs can be made for a $250 fee.
GDP Portal Gear Lifts
- Proper Use Only: When filling the gear box, use only 80W-90 gear oil. Using grease will cause gear and bearing failure and void the warranty.
- Lifetime Protection: SuperATV provides a lifetime of portal protection to the original purchaser (excluding bearings, rotors, seals, and gaskets).
- Void Conditions: Misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, negligence, or alteration from the original design.
- Replacement Fees: For products outside warranty coverage or voided, repairs can be made for a $250 fee.
- Quick Turnaround: If you ship the warranty parts to SuperATV with an overnight label, they'll return the favor and send you the replacement parts on an overnight shipment at no charge.
Turn Signal Kits
- Exclusions: The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, crash, impact, abuse of product, or water entering electrical components.
- Original Purchaser Only: Warranty is non-transferable.

- Provide proof of purchase and proof of breakage.
- Items must be returned for inspection within 30 days from submitting the Warranty Form (contact SuperATV if an extension is needed).

- You're responsible for shipping the item back to SuperATV.
- Keep tracking information until the matter is resolved.

Replacement Fee Policies
We understand that sometimes things happen outside standard warranty terms. Here's how SuperATV handles replacement fees for specific items:
Axles
- Rhino Axles (Excluding Boots):
- Within 60 Days: Free replacement.
- After 60 Days, Within 1 Year: $50 replacement fee.
- Rhino 2.0 Axles (Excluding Boots):
- Within 60 Days: Free replacement.
- After 60 Days, Within 18 Months: $50 replacement fee.
- Phoenix / X300 Axles (Excluding Boots):
- Within 3 Years: Replacement for a $100 fee (unlimited replacements during warranty period).
- Note: Damage from lack of maintenance (like running with a damaged boot and no grease) is not covered.
Prop Shafts
- All Series (Bounty, C, U):
- Within 60 Days: Free replacement.
- After 60 Days, Within Warranty Period: $75 replacement fee.
Remember: Proof of purchase and proof of damage are required for all warranty and replacement claims.
