Lifetime Warranty
CT Race Worx proudly crafts all their products by hand in the U.S.A. Their parts are built to withstand the toughest conditions, and they believe that factory parts will fail before theirs do—as long as they've been installed correctly and have not been modified, altered, improperly installed, or otherwise not used as originally intended.
We guarantee CT Race Worx parts for life to the original purchaser and will replace any defective parts after receiving your notification and the required information.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim for CT Race Worx products, please provide the following:
- Date of Original Purchase:
- If purchased through a third party, please include the invoice.
- Contact Information:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Vehicle Information:
- Year, make, and model of your vehicle.
- Installation Details:
- Who performed the installation and the approximate date of install.
- Incident Description:
- Details of the part failure (location, terrain, speed, etc.).
- Additional Details:
- Were any other vehicles or objects involved?
- Photos:
- Clear photos of the damage while the parts are still on the vehicle.
Shipping the Damaged Part:
Please ship the damaged part to us along with the above information. Our staff will examine the part(s) to determine if the failure was due to craftsmanship, material failure, or any other factors that would be warrantied. We will notify you to discuss our findings.
Warranty Resolution
- If the Part is Defective:
- CT Race Worx will replace the part(s) at no cost to you.
- If Not Covered:
- If it's found that the part(s) have been modified, altered, improperly installed, or not used as originally intended, you will bear all financial responsibility for replacement part(s), hardware, and shipping charges.
Please Note:
- Finish Coverage:
- The warranty covers the original finish of the parts as they left CT Race Worx's facility.
- If a part was originally purchased bare/raw and custom powder-coated, you will need to cover costs associated with powder-coating the new part.
- If a part was purchased powder-coated in an OEM color from us, we will ship the warranty part in that same color.
Returns Policy

Conditions for Returns
WildRush UTV accepts returns for CT Race Worx products that are:
- Unused and in Original Condition:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as when they left CT Race Worx's facility.
- Undamaged:
- Products must not have been installed or show signs of use.
- Returned Due to:
- Items unused, not needed, duplicate orders, or ordered in error.
Restocking Fee:
- All returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee.
How to Return an Item

- Package Securely:
- Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
- Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Items Damaged During Shipping
CT Race Worx takes great care to ensure that their parts are packaged to protect them from drops from standing height. However, we understand that shipping companies can sometimes mishandle packages.

Resolution:
- Items damaged due to shipper negligence will be replaced at the cost of the shipper.
